RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Customers have 14 days to return or exchange (subject to stock availability) the product and request a credit refund.
- Returned product must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for an exchange or refund:
- The product must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included. DEMO can reserve the right to refuse the exchange and refund.
- Please note that all sale items are non-refundable. They can be exchanged to same or higher amount of goods under conditions, by paying the difference in the price of the goods.
- Made-to-order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days upon the arrival of your delivery subject to the tracking record.
- Customers should choose their courier company of choice and settle the delivery fee when booking a return.
- In case the parcel is retained in the customs the cost to release it will have to be paid by the customer, subtracting that amount from the value of the purchase.
- All terms are subject to online purchase only.
